Terms and Conditions for MCV Signature
Services Overview: MCV Signature provides music and creative services, including lessons, recording sessions, music production, voice-over recording, mixing and mastering, music-themed apparel sales, and board game development under MCV Signature Games.
Booking and Payments:
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services, regardless of payment method.
Payments must be received before any service begins.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Sales tax is applied as required by Washington state law.
Refunds and Cancellations:
A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations to avoid a 50% fee.
Package services are non-refundable after the start of services, except in emergencies or at MCV Signature's discretion.
Refunds may be issued for projects that are deemed unmanageable by MCV Signature.
Apparel sales are final. Exchanges for defective items are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
Service Environment:
MCV Signature maintains a family-friendly environment. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
A studio cat, Cricket, is present. Clients should notify MCV Signature of any allergies in advance.
Parental Supervision and Consent:
Clients under 18 must provide parent/guardian consent. Clients under 16 are encouraged to have a parent present during sessions.
A consent form is required for minors.
Liability and Waiver:
MCV Signature is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, or delays caused by uncontrollable factors.
Privacy and Data Security:
Client information is securely stored and shared only as required for service fulfillment or by law.
Intellectual Property:
All materials provided by MCV Signature are protected intellectual property. Client session recordings are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Washington state law. Disputes will be resolved in Kitsap County.
Modification of Terms:
MCV Signature reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website.
